You’ll need to sign 2 transactions verifying ownership of the wallet and verifying the wallet you selected is compatible.
There are no gas fees for this.

Next you will need to create an account on Apex Exchange. You will sign a transaction to verify the signature.
No gas will be needed.

Once you have created your account, you will need to deposit funds. ApeX Omni is multi-chain, so you can select the blockchain network of your choice to proceed.
You will need USDT on ApeX Omni.

For this example we are using the Arbitrum One network. You will need some ETH on Arbitrum One for gas fees. ApeX does provide a Swap if needed. You will also need to enable USDT to deposit.
There will be a small gas fee for this.

Once you have signed the transaction to deposit your funds, they will appear after a short confirmation.

You will need to transfer the funds from your Funding Account to your Perpetual Account. Click on Transfer and then enter the amount of USDT you want to transfer. Click on Confirm Transfer and another transaction will appear. Pay the small gas fee.

After the transfer, you need to click on** your account profile picture** in the top right. You will see your funds in the Perpetual account. From here, click on “API Management.”

You will need the Omni Key and to Generate API. Keep this information private and do not share with anyone. Your Omni Key and parts of the API will only be shown once.
Make sure to copy them before closing the API box.

You will need all of the API information shown here, along with the Omni Key.

Navigate to the API Manager in your AstraBit account. Click on Create API or Connect New API if you have other APIs already.

Name your API whatever you like. Contract Type select “USDT Futures - Omni”. Position and Margin are on Auto Sync by default. The remaining fields are what you will paste from ApeX API and Omni Key creation. Once you have input that information, click on Save/Connect.

Once saved and successful, you will see the new API added to your list of APIs. From this point, you are able to select it to create a crypto trading bot with. Congratulations!
